You just booked focused, one on one time to work through your private practice questions with our eyes on your business. You’re in great hands.

What you can expect from your session

During your VIP Strategy Call, you will get:

  • A 50 minute private coaching session focused on your specific practice and goals

  • Strategic recommendations you can implement right away

  • Space to ask questions, get honest feedback, and stop second guessing your next steps

You’ll meet with Erica or Marina. We’ll do our best to match you with the coach whose expertise best fits what you want to work on.

How Scheduling Works

Because you purchased this VIP Strategy Call during our Thanksgiving sale, our team is out of the office for the holiday week (one of the perks of working for yourself! woot woot!)

Here’s what happens next:

  1. You will receive an email with a private scheduling link on December 15

  2. You’ll choose a time that works for you from a limited set of VIP spots

  3. You will get an immediate confirmation email and calendar invite for your session

You don’t need to do anything right now. Your spot is reserved and you will hear from us once we are back in the office.

FAQ

  • Because you purchased during our Thanksgiving sale, our team is out of the office for the holiday week.

    You will receive a private scheduling link by Monday, December 15.

  • You will meet with Erica or Marina. We’ll match you with the coach whose expertise best fits what you want to focus on during your session.

  • You don’t need to do anything special. If you filled out the optional prep form, we’ll review it before your session. If not, just come with one or two things you’d love support with and we’ll take it from there.

  • No problem. After you choose your time, your confirmation email will include a link you can use to reschedule if something comes up.

    Just be sure to reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled call or it’s forfeit (boo).

  • First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, feel free to email us at info@thetherapistconsultants.com and we’ll take care of it once we’re back in the office after the holiday.

  • Yes! Just make sure you use your call by March 31 or it turns into a pumpkin and goes away forever (bummer).
